After death of President Hugo Chavez Venezuelans were called, once again, to elect a new president. Nicolas Maduro, Chavez's political heir, was announced by National Electoral Council (CNE) as the winner with 50.66%. A narrow difference of 1.59% on Henrique Capriles (49.07%).
Capriles not recognize the results until an audit and recount all the votes.
